Your initial session will last approximately one and a half hours and the cost is £60.00. Subsequent sessions last about an hour and the cost is £45.00 per session. You may pay by either cash or cheque (sorry, I do not take cards).
If you need to cancel an appointment I ask that you try to give at least 24 hours notice. If you fail to turn up for a session and haven't given any notice then unfortunately I will ask you for the full session fee.
To book an appointment please call me on the number shown on the right. Alternatively send me an email.
At present I see clients at The Therapy Centre:
6B Church Street
If you live in or nearer to Wokingham then please contact me for further information.
I also see clients in Woodley, Reading. There is free parking available and I am near to bus routes to/from Reading. Please ask for details if you need them.
Finally, sessions can be arranged using Skype so distance need not stop you from getting in touch. Please contact me first to make arrangements.
What You Can Expect During A Session
I start a session with a discussion of the issues you have in the moment and then we agree on how we can work to enable you to resolve them.
Clients often leave a session feeling relieved and relaxed as they have gained greater clarity into their situation and have lost much of the emotional 'baggage' hanging over them - in essence they have made a shift away from the place they found themselves stuck in.
Some clients may need more sessions than others to resolve similar issues, this cannot be predicted, but in all cases I hope, using EFT or other techniques as appropriate, to allow you to get to the root cause of a problem quickly and relatively painlessly.
I encourage clients to use these themselves between sessions as this can help to speed up the process and also empowers them to take more control of their lives.
